Dinner Saturday Night March 24th, 2012


**We will be open to the public for dinner this Saturday Night! 
We will celebrate the arrival of spring with of course Spring Lamb and the end of the rain (hopefully)
On the menu:
~Country Pate
~Soup Du Jour
~Roasted Organic Baby Vegetable Salad
~Fried Oysters with a Surprisingly Delicious Dipping Sauce
~Navarin D'Agmeau Printanier
The Traditional Braised Lamb from the Cevennes Area of France
(with turnips, carrots & other vegetables)
~Roast Duck A L'orange
Classic Dish, a favorite of the first lady of France!
~Fresh Fish
(I will know by Thurs what the best choice will be)
~Assorted Desserts
3 Course Dinner at $36 per person
