Organic mixed green salad with roasted vegetables, goat cheese & lemon basil garlic vinaigrette
Tomato & roasted sweet pepper bisque
Main Course
Your choice of one of the following:
Grilled Prime Beef Flat Iron with scalloped potatoes, haricot verts in garlic butter & winter thyme & syrah reduction
Wild Alaskan Salmon In a puff pastry with wilted spinach & lobster tarragon sauce
Roasted Quails with polenta, grilled portabella mushroom & served with a sage & shallot reduction
